T7 Autophage
The T7 Autophage is a 3d printed 16 step sequencer where each step sonically represents a bacteria that has been infected with a viral phage.
The sequence
Bass sounds are played before infection, a short high pitched sound represents infection, various pitches rising in frequency represent the cell as it expands and finally a short snare sound represents the bursting of the cell and the new phage being released. That step is now silent but has infected nearby steps and the process continues.
The T7 is powered by an Arduino micro controller, sound output is is via a 3.5mm socket
